Weight Gain during the Holiday Season?

Have you ever felt part of this trend? I know many of you will agree that it is very hard to say NO to all the delicious items we typically don't get to enjoy during the year. I can say that if you stick to your routine of burning more than you take in , you will maintain your weight. If you already have more muscle on your body , you will be burning FAT at rest! I can suggest to watch your sugars if you are not used to taking in too much of it. You will experience spiking and very short lows once it wears off.

I am here for my patients and clients. I enjoy every aspect of the changes during our seasons, the holidays, the celebrations. You don't have to deprive yourself. Just keep in mind, it is best to stay within moderation. A little bit goes a long way and your cravings will be satisfied.
