SAD- The Standard American Diet!

I find it very disturbing that most Americans are clueless when it comes to proper balance of the need of nutrients from food to sustain life. It has been proven from the past decade of studies, that three of out of four Americans don't eat a single piece of fruit in a day! Out of 10 individuals, nine of out of ten don't reach the minimum recommend daily intake of vegetables! I can go on with a list from me to where you live!

I would start with Meal Planning on a day you can give yourself to dedicate to your overall self care.
